Cancellation and Refund Policy: 

  • Full refunds will be made if cancellation is received at least 48 hours in advance of the walk commencement time.
  • Tickets can be transferred to friends or family members. Please ensure you contact us via email (toowoombatrails@outlook.com) to inform Toowoomba Trails of the new booking name/contact.
  • Tickets can be transferred to an alternative date for the same tour. Please ensure you contact Toowoomba Trails via email (toowoombatrails@outlook.com) to inform us of your request.
  • If a tour is cancelled by Toowoomba Trails, the following policies apply:
  • Toowoomba Trails reserves the right to cancel a tour without notice. In the unlikely event of a cancellation Toowoomba Trails will be in contact to advise and to make rescheduling or refunding arrangements.
  • Toowoomba Trails reserves the right to change a tour itinerary and/or Tour Guide(s) without notice.

General Policy

  • Toowoomba Trails walking tours require that participants be able to walk, stand for up to 2 hours. Each walk covers a distance of approx 1.5 - 2.5 kms and is characterised by shorter walks to pints of interest where a brief (up to 10 minutes) explanation/story is delivered.
  • All tours follow routes that are publicly accessible and as such are wheelchair accessible. Participants are advised that Toowoomba’s footpaths and walkways can be in various states of repair and discretion is advised. While every effort is made to accommodate participants, public amenities may not be available on Toowoomba Trails tours.
  • In attending a Toowoomba Trails walking tour customers agree to abide by all pertinent road rules (when crossing roads for example).
  • Toowoomba Trails walking tours are very much weather dependent and while every effort will be made to ensure tours do go ahead Toowoomba’s weather may interfere.
  • All tours, stories, resources etc. are the intellectual property of Toowoomba Trails and may not be recorded or reproduced in any form without written permission prior to the commencement of a tour. Video cameras and recording devices of any sort are NOT permitted.
  • Toowoomba Trails reserves the right to refuse entry to any participant.
  • Toowoomba Trails is covered by Public Liability Insurance in relation to our guided walking tour activities. To the extent permitted by law, Toowoomba Trails disclaims liability for loss or damage sustained by any customer or third party, whether to person or property, arising out of Toowoomba Trails walking tours.
  • Certified guide, hearing and assistance animals are the only animals permitted on tours.
  • Undertaking a Toowoomba Trails walking tour is entirely at your own risk
